We are NOT in-network with any insurance providers at this time. Upon your request, we will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please keep in mind that insurance companies will not reimburse you until your out of network deductible is met.

If you do not have insurance you will be a “Cash Patient”. We accept Credit/Debit/HSA+FSA.

NOTE: Deductibles will apply. If you have not met your deductible you will be charged by the cash rate.
